Modern Day Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement.

We are committed to preventing Modern Day slavery and human trafficking in our operations. We are dedicated to protecting people that we may hire to help us with our deliverables to clients.

SUPPLY CHAIN

We recognise that there are potential risks regarding Modern Day slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. Our supply chain is primarily UK based however some IT support, software, graphics, and IT services for example may be delivered from overseas locations. This is ever-changing as our operations can cover many geographies and industry sectors. Depending on each project, participants in our supply chains might include sub consultants, subcontractors, equipment and material suppliers, labour brokers, and a variety of specialised service providers.

RECRUITMENT

If we use recruitment or placement agencies, we check to ensure that no fees or costs of any kind are charged to candidates that we may hire. Our recruitment approach ensures that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.

REPORTING

We encourage employees and third parties in our supply chain to disclose, without fear of retaliation, concerns, complaints, or allegations of known or suspected wrongdoing or misconduct, regardless of the local norms and culture. This includes ethical and compliance concerns including modern day slavery and human trafficking, bullying or harassment, diversity, and inclusion.
